Fighting With Anger vs Fighting With Emotion.

Fighting with your emotions can help with speed and strength. However, engaging your adversary with anger will only blind you and keep you from seeing what is right in front of you. I should end this blog right here because that is everything you need to know. 

 

There are 6 basic types of emotions. Being happy, sad, fearful, disgusted, angry, and surprised. When you are in a real fight, you are to mix happiness and anger together. It may sound weird, but the mixture of the two will balance each other out. You will not be too angry and lose your awareness and common sense of what is in front of you. The whole thing will turn into a game and you will move and hit with a higher intensity. It will add that extra oomph to everything you do. 

 

You will need to reach this state by sparring a lot and having the right mindset. Never let your sparring partner get you out of your mental state. If he/she does something to upset you, just mix the emotions of happiness/excitement and anger and wait patiently with anticipation for your opportunity to come and strike, but make sure it is in a place that counts. 

 

To take your fighting game to the next level, you should do your best to upset your opponent and get them emotional. This will cloud their mind and make them do something stupid and not think their next attack through.
