Honestly Expressing Yourself and How It Makes You a Better Fighter  

Most people lie all day long and they do it because they think they must in order to survive. However, as you lie you lose your power because in telling the truth you have power and clarity. You are able to sense when someone is full of it. The language they use and the mannerisms on how they express themselves will not be genuine. You will feel something is off.

How honesty translates into fighting is by seeing your opponent’s intention and knowing where they are going before they get there. Many times I am always able to see where my adversary is going because their body tells on them. In other cases, when it is not their body it is in their eyes. They look at where they want to attack and try not to appear obvious, but in other cases they either stare or are continuously fixed at the place on your body they desire to strike. As you practice being genuine in your conversations, psychologically you will not have a problem immediately shutting your opponent down when you see through their attempted aggression towards you. The reason why is because your mind will be trained to see through people and not be timid or get caught up in misleading gestures. You will be so used to telling the truth in every situation, that you will be able to spot someone else’s insincere behavior. You can only see through others when you can see through yourself.
