Meditation

There are many different reasons why people meditate. I am going to talk about three reasons among the many that people study this practice.

One of the three reasons why people meditate is to focus on something they are having problems with. During this time you are altering your mind to vibrate at a different frequency and view the concern from a fresh perspective. This brings answers to you that you would not have normally thought of in your regular state of mind. 

Another form of meditation is for manifesting and drawing the things you desire to come into your life. While doing this, you are focused on the breath and visualizing through your mind's eye that you already have what you want and getting full of the feeling. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency, even human beings. Albert Einstein said physical matter is not solid. If you look at your hand under a certain microscope, you will see your atoms moving around. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency and if you can tap into that frequency, that thing will be attracted to you. I guess that is why people say they are vibing with someone. It means you two are connecting, thus attracting whomever it is.  

And the last motive for meditating that I will be talking about is to be calmer and more focused in that time and translate it to your everyday life during your waking state. It has been monitored that meditation alters the waves in your brain. When you take the time every day to meditate for 10-20 minutes in the morning and focus on the deep breath that goes in and out of your body, you are setting yourself up to be a more conscious and intuitive person. Not to mention, it has been proven that meditation lowers your high blood pressure, reduces stress, and helps you sleep better.
