Adrenaline is what the body produces to keep you safe from danger. It gives you the energy to fight or run away. If you train the body with this aid behind it, you will probably send someone to the hospital. However, if you do not train repetitiously, you will not be able to add this natural power into your different motor skills, so it will only be used in your gross skills.
Gross motor skills are when your body is immersed in adrenaline, affecting your physicality. The majority of fights come down to gross movements. What this means is that you are fluid, grabbing, and violent toward your opponent. You are trying to destroy them with all your strikes. So, you are head-butting, using your elbows, knees, and hammer fist. The stress and anxiety of the moment will turn you into a similar version of the Hulk because you will lose all your technique.
Fine motor skills are when your skills are more precise and accurate. It depends on implementing a lot of skilled movements, like slightly parrying your adversaries' strikes and implementing a technique. You have to train a lot harder to develop techniques in your nervous system. What this means is that, you are not thinking about what you are doing, your hands and feet move by instinct.
