What a Great Coach Does Is Interrupt The Pattern That You Usually Move To

Patterns are what we all move to. If you follow a person around for a month you will be able to see where their life is going and if they will be successful in the future. The people we have in our lives aid in the support of strengthening those patterns. So we must look around and see who we allow in our lives. Are they happy with their lives and where they want to be or are they losers? 

Coaches know how to interrupt patterns that you feel trapped in or may not even be aware of. It may be a way of thinking that keeps on giving you results that you do not want. Or habits that were ingrained into you as a kid, maybe from your parents or childhood friends. When your coach points it out you may be angry and want to fight against what he is saying to you. Whether it be in your mind or vocally. 

It is natural to get mad at your parents or coaches when they are trying to stop you from behaving a certain way. However, they are helping you to transform your way of thinking and being, because they have been around long enough to see destruction or failure in that behavior. You cannot see it because you are in it, but people looking at you that care about you will want to interrupt that flaw to make sure you shine at your brightest.
