A coach is imperative for you to have if you desire to be a high performer. Imagine being in a picture or in an activity like basketball. You cannot see everything that is going on in the game because you are in it, you only could see it from a small perspective. A coach has the ability to see the game from a larger perspective, because they see the whole picture from the sideline. While the player is only focused on himself and the opposing team in front of him. The coach sees the strengths and weaknesses of everyone on the court. I have multiple coaches that help me in every area of my life, because I am aware I do not know everything. Only poor people think they know everything, so they do not want to listen to other people for fear of looking weak or ignorant.
