Certain Things To Look For Before an Adversary Attacks.

Catching your adversary before they attack you, can be the difference between winning or losing, and life or death in some situations. There can be a number of signs that a person is about to attack. The likely hood of them attacking is higher if you see all of these signals.

The first sign a person is about to attack is when they put away what they have in their hands. It can be either their cell phone or keys. They are freeing up their hands to attack you.

Second, their eyes are looking around to see if people are paying attention to what is going on. When this happens, be aware something is about to happen soon. Or they may look away to feign disinterest, then they will throw a quick hook.

The Importance of Swiftly Going From 0 To 100 In a Fight.

Going from 0 to 100 at the beginning of a fight is a hard thing to do. If it is not naturally who you are, or you do not train for it, you are giving your adversary a chance to defeat you in that state of uncertainty. That is why when you train, your mind has to be focused and conditioned to go in and out of combat. You must have the mindset as if you are minding your own business, then suddenly, you have to spring into battle. Being in a relaxed, but ready state when you leave your house every day will help you. You must be aware of your surroundings, spot out possible threats, then be ready to attack viciously if your assumptions about that threat are correct. You should practice spontaneously shadow boxing around your house and really visualizing your opponent engaging with you. Of course, you will need to tap into your imagination to do this.
