There are many different reasons why people meditate. I am going to talk about three reasons among the many that people study this practice.

One of the three reasons why people meditate is to focus on something they are having problems with. During this time you are altering your mind to vibrate at a different frequency and view the concern from a fresh perspective. This brings answers to you that you would not have normally thought of in your regular state of mind. 

Another form of meditation is for manifesting and drawing the things you desire to come into your life. While doing this, you are focused on the breath and visualizing through your mind's eye that you already have what you want and getting full of the feeling. How To Develop Confidence In Everything You Do, Through Martial Arts. 

Where does confidence come from? It comes from knowing what you are doing and being able to express yourself with ease. Examples of this can be in your line of work, talking to a potential romantic partner, or defending yourself verbally and physically if a random stranger wanted to attack you. 

Lack of confidence comes from not being sure of your abilities to do something. Once you can do that thing well, like defend yourself from an attacker, it will increase your confidence in other things. However, you may have to work on the early stages of learning, because most people fear and run away from situations that make them feel inadequate. That is why being comfortable with being incompetent is so important. The beginning of learning a new thing will not feel good, because that is part of the process of learning. You are aware of all your shortcomings, either mentally or physically. That feeling will subside though because it is only there for the initial stage.

As I have been telling you, anger blinds. Will Smith was a staple for African Americans, due to all the success he had. But since Jada Smith put their personal business out there, he could never recover from that. Everyone was taking jabs at him and as you can see, he finally had enough of being punked and took it out on an easy target.

However, most people try to get by in life and do their best to just coast through without putting in any real effort. What they do not know is that the situations in life which are ahead will make them eventually pay the price they have been trying to avoid. A coach is imperative for you to have if you desire to be a high performer. Imagine being in a picture or in an activity like basketball. You cannot see everything that is going on in the game because you are in it, you only could see it from a small perspective. Why Fear and Adrenaline Can be Confused and Leave You Frozen if You Don’t Know The Difference.

Fear is when you are afraid because you are not sure of your abilities to handle yourself in the situation you are in. So, you are frozen in place, because of your incompetence in the circumstance. 

Adrenaline is poured into your body when it reacts to a threat, stress, increased rates of blood circulation, and breathing. It is released from the adrenal gland which is above the kidneys. 

Adrenaline is in your body to help you fight or run. When you feel it, you may think it is fear gripping your body, so it may freeze you. Certain Things To Look For Before an Adversary Attacks.

Catching your adversary before they attack you, can be the difference between winning or losing, and life or death in some situations. There can be a number of signs that a person is about to attack. The likely hood of them attacking is higher if you see all of these signals.

The first sign a person is about to attack is when they put away what they have in their hands. It can be either their cell phone or keys. They are freeing up their hands to attack you.

Second, their eyes are looking around to see if people are paying attention to what is going on. When this happens, be aware something is about to happen soon. Or they may look away to feign disinterest, then they will throw a quick hook.

Third, they start adjusting their clothes and lowering their chin. This is to make sure there are no restrictions when they move and lowering their chin is to avoid being knocked out.

Going from 0 to 100 at the beginning of a fight is a hard thing to do. If it is not naturally who you are, or you do not train for it, you are giving your adversary a chance to defeat you in that state of uncertainty. That is why when you train, your mind has to be focused and conditioned to go in and out of combat. You must have the mindset as if you are minding your own business, then suddenly, you have to spring into battle. Being in a relaxed, but ready state when you leave your house every day will help you.
